1) Dua for an illness

It is said that Aysha said that when anyone feels bad, it is not better; then the prophet S.A.W. used to rub the area of pain and recite the dua for protection, and we are discussing below:
اللَّهُمَّ ربَّ النَّاسِ ، أَذْهِب الْبَأسَ ، واشْفِ ، أَنْتَ الشَّافي لا شِفَاءَ إِلاَّ شِفَاؤُكَ ، شِفاءً لا يُغَادِرُ سقَماً
Allahumma Rabban-naas, azhibil-ba’sa, washfi antash-Shaafi laa shifaa’a illaa shifaa’uka, shifaa’an laa yughaadiru saqamaa
2) Dua for pain relief
Where you feel pain, place your hand and recite three times Bismillah and seven times this dua:
أَعُوذُبِعِزَّةِ اللَّهِ وَقُدْرَتِهِ مِنْ شَرِّ مَا أَجِدُ وَأُحَاذِرُ
‘A’udhu bi’izzatillahi wa qudratihi min sharri ma ajidu wa ‘uhadhiru
Dua for those whose entire body is sick, then prophet S.A.W recites this dua and blows his breath over his entire body. This dua is:
قُلْ أَعُوذُ بِرَبِّ الْفَلَقِ
مِنْ شَرِّ مَا خَلَقَ

وَمِنْ شَرِّ النَّفَّاثَاتِ فِي الْعُقَدِ
وَمِنْ شَرِّ حَاسِدٍ إِذَا حَسَدَ
Qul a’uuzu birobbil-falaq
Min sharri ma kholaq
Wa min sharri ghosiqin iza waqab
Wa min sharrin-naffaathaati fil-’uqod
Wa min sharri hasidin iza hasad
Prophet S.A.W. said that those who feel sick, his brothers, or anyone else who feels sick should say:
رَبَّنَا اللَّهُ الَّذِي فِي السَّمَاءِ تَقَدَّسَ اسْمُكَ أَمْرُكَ فِي السَّمَاءِ وَالأَرْضِ كَمَا رَحْمَتُكَ فِي السَّمَاءِ فَاجْعَلْ رَحْمَتَكَ فِي الأَرْضِ اغْفِرْ لَنَا حُوبَنَا وَخَطَايَانَا أَنْتَ رَبُّ الطَّيِّبِينَ أَنْزِلْ رَحْمَةً مِنْ رَحْمَتِكَ وَشِفَاءً مِنْ شِفَائِكَ عَلَى هَذَا الْوَجَعِ فَيَبْرَأُ
Robbana-Allahullazi fis-samaai taqoddasas-muka amruka fis-sama’ai wal-ardhi kama rahmataka fis-sama’ai faj-al rohmataka fil-ardhi. Ighfir lanaa huubanaa wa khotoyaanaa anta robbut-toyyibeen. Anzil rohmatan min rohmatika wa syifaan min shifa ika ‘alaa haazal-waja’i fa-yabra’u
Dua for Shifa in Arabic

In English:-
Allahumma Rabban-naas, azhibil-ba’sa, washfi antash-Shaafi laa shifaa’a illaa shifaa’uka, shifaa’an laa yughaadiru saqamaa
In English transliteration:
“O Lord of the people, remove this pain and cure it. You are the one who cures, and there is no one else. You who can cure that no illness remains.”

قُلْ أَعُوذُ بِرَبِّ الْفَلَقِ

وَمِنْ شَرِّ النَّفَّاثَاتِ فِي الْعُقَدِ

Say, I try to find refuge in the lord of daybreak.
From the evil of that which he (Allah) created
And from the evil of darkness, when it separates
And from the evil of the blowers in tile
And from the evil of the envier, when he envies
